Integrate a Design Thinking approach into an operational framework such as Scrum

With markets becoming more and more reactive and complex, companies must continue to evolve or risk their position and their sustainability. Many of them turn to Design Thinking approaches hoping to accelerate the development cycle and/or have software solutions that better fit their users’ needs. The question then arises as to how to integrate this Design Thinking approach into an operational model that is already very often oriented towards a Scrum approach.
