Agile Coach
To complete our team of SoKubians, we are looking for an Agile Coach. You will be responsible for setting up a safe framework for our clients to experiment with Agile approaches in their context, and supporting their cultural change to become Agile. You will work in an Agile environment and have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the company. Job description
As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for driving the structuring of organizations into teams aligned on a value stream (Team Topologies), creating communities of practice to support cultural change over the long term, and providing operational support to new Agile teams and their managers through training, coaching, mentoring and facilitation, while setting up a framework that aligns our clients’ strategy with the daily work of their teams.
You will work closely with the other members of our team to ensure all projects are aligned with client objectives, follow industry best practices, and meet high quality standards. This close collaboration will be even more pronounced with SoKube’s DevOps, Cloud and CNA dimensions, notably by cross-pollinating our different practices, to offer our clients comprehensive support in their digital transformation.
